Due to COVID-19 we had to cancel our bowling tournament this year. But In its place we are asking everyone to help support Carol’s Kitchen continue to serve over 800 sack lunches every week.

If you came to the Bowling Tournament last year we have some ideas to help you choose how much you would like to donate OR if you did not come last year here are some donation suggestions and more information:

Hello Bowling Tournament participants, enthusiasts, and supporters. As you know from your involvement with last year’s bowling tournament everyone had a fun time, some earned awesome trophies, some won great raffles, some outbid everyone fora silent auction item, some won an opportunity drawing, some were awarded one of the 10 cash prizes and others generously supported or sponsored our tournament.

Well along comes COVID-19 and forces the cancellation of this year’s tournament. So — in its place we are sending everyone who helped support last year’s event this message. We are asking for your help and support again this year. If you were a bowler, a sponsor, a contributor to our silent auction or opportunity drawing or if you purchased raffle tickets or bid on any item we are hoping for your continued caring and generosity for our mission.

Even though the fun and excitement of the bowling tournament is missing, the need for what Carol’s Kitchen does continues. There is now, more than ever before, many less fortunate men, women and children in our community who need help getting a nutritious meal and extra groceries. Here is how you can make a difference!

• If you were going to bowl — donate your entry fee(s)
  $35 a bowler or $175 for 5 bowlers on a lane.
• If you were going to bid on a silent auction item,
  donate your bid surprise us!!
• If you were going to buy raffle tickets, donate your Purchases – $10 would have bought 12 tickets or $20 would have bought 24 tickets.
• If you were going to sponsor a lane — donate your sponsorship $200 to $500 per lane were the levels.

Please consider a donation in any amount to help our cause. Hopefully by next year we will be able to see you again on the bowling lanes with trophies, prizes, and cash raffles.
